At Ravita India, we craft every pair of shoes with passion and precision. Our skilled artisans use premium materials designed to mold perfectly to your feet, offering unmatched comfort. If your new sandals feel snug initially, give them a little time—they’ll adapt to your feet beautifully. However, if you need a different size or style, we’ve got you covered with our easy exchange process.

How to Exchange or Get Store Credit

STEP 1: Notify Us

Reach out to us at contact@ravitaindia.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Share your order details and let us know the size or style you’d like to exchange for.

STEP 2: Ship the Product

Pack your sandals securely in their original box and ship them to:
Ravita India
E-26, 2nd Floor, Sector 8, Noida - 201301
Note: Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

STEP 3: Choose Your Exchange Option

Once we receive your returned pair in its original packaging with the invoice, you can choose from the following options:

a) Exchange Size

• Indicate your desired size on the invoice.

• We’ll ship your new size promptly after receiving your return.

• Note: Exchanges can only be made once, so ensure accurate sizing.

b) Exchange Style

• Select a style of the same or higher value than your original order.

• Your new style will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving your return.

• Note: Style exchanges are limited to one per order.

c) Store Credit

• Opt for store credit valid for 3 months if you’re unsure about your next choice.

• We’ll send you a voucher with the amount and code. Use it during checkout for your next purchase.

• Note: Store credits cannot be used for size or style exchanges, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Important Notes

• No Refunds or Cancellations: As per company policy, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on products sold.

• Sale Items: Size exchanges are available for sale items, but style changes cannot be accommodated.
